We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team. This role is about more than selling. It is about building real connections with small business owners, understanding their challenges, and introducing solutions that make a measurable difference.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners in your network and local community.

  • Proactively identify businesses that would benefit from our services.

  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our offerings.

  • Share how Black Maverick Consulting can help them grow, simplify, and thrive.

  • Guide clients through the sign-up process and ensure a smooth handoff to our onboarding team.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, focusing on long-term partnerships over quick wins.

  • Experience in sales, cold calling, or business development is preferred.

  • A problem solver who enjoys uncovering challenges and providing solutions.

Compensation

  • Contract position, 100 percent commission-based.

  • Generous commissions on every signed client.
